Their carne asada is still my favorite. Flavorful, tender, melt in your mouth meat. They are generous with their portions of meat in their tacos and their prices have remained reasonable. Their mild salsa is a bit spicy, but it has a great flavor. They are always very friendly. Their parking lot is awful, so if you have a larger vehicle, or a lowered vehicle.. you are better off parking somewhere other than their lot. Numerous potholes, and tight parking spots.

Here an hour before they close and all we hear are microwaves. $30 for the 4 of us with no drinks. I am dreading what is coming out of the microwave. We've visited several times to give it a fair chance and each time it was so disappointing.
It wasn't good. We're used to LA and SD Mexican food - this is a hard pass from now on. -

Needs repaved drive way and make more paved parking.

I've come around to Taco de Mexico slowly but surely. It's all about finding what you really enjoy and while I do enjoy a carne asada burrito at other Mexican food places, the carne asada quesadilla here has been the real standout for me. It's the equal parts cheese to carne asada and it's incredibly filling.
There's not too much seating inside as it is a bit cozy, but there are a couple of tables outside. Parking is a nightmare, but parking at the gas station is a good alternative to backing out of parking spots very awkwardly. -

This place is loved by my boss. I wish the parking situation was better and the food had more flavor and the staff were nicer but other than that it wasn't bad.
